Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns
• You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. We will review your request and, if approved, you will receive a return label or additional instructions.
3. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.
3. Return costs
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
4. Non-refundable products
• Sale items, personalized items or gift cards cannot be returned.
5. Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
• The refund will be automatically made to your initial payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
